As of June 2025, we've updated the Firelane 1 scent formula to be more sophisticated and complex, shifting from its original pure smoke base to a richer blend. This new version brings together the deep, smoky essence of birch wood with the warmth of amber and vanilla. Jasmine and clove leaf add an unexpected floral and spicy note that balances beautifully with the grounding musk and saffron, while santal enhances the woodiness for a smoother, more inviting burn.

Historically, Forest Park has had three major fires — two in the late 1800s and the most recent in 1951, burning over 2,400 acres. Since then, twelve firelanes have been implemented in Forest Park, bulldozing wide trails to provide quick access in case of future blazes in the park. We are just highlighting one of twelve with this candle.

A perfect reminder to keep the wild fire in you (and your candle), but with a more refined twist.

Cozy vibes all year round

I can’t stop raving about this candle! This candle is the perfect cozy vibes! The smell is so light and fresh with a subtle smokey smell. It makes you want to be bundled up next to a fire reading a book on a gloomy day. The wood wick is perfection as well with a peaceful crackle that is very satisfying to listen to. Though perfect for any time, I can’t wait to use it more during the winter and cozy weather.

Guys and girls alike will love this! Perfect blend of musky smoke and vanilla without being overpowering or fake smelling. It’s whiskey lounge/speakeasy meets cabin in the woods. Burns evenly. Love the wood wick. I need to check out the other scents offered.
