If you continue to have issues, please email at least 1-2 photos of your candle so we can see the label as well as the top of the candle (wax and wick). If purchased online, please include your order number and specify the scent name; if purchased in-store at one of our retailers, please state the store name, when purchased and the scent name. Thank you!
