Chestnut Candle - cider, roasted chestnut, clove
LIMITED SEASONAL FALL SCENT
Top: ginger, orange, cinnamon
Middle: chestnut, clove, apple cider
Base: black pepper, caramelized sugar, cedar
The Chestnut Trail is a beautiful half-mile connector trail between mile marker 12 on Wildwood Trail and mile marker 3.5 on Leif Erikson Dr. Starting at Wildwood, the Chestnut trail descends down the north side of a scenic canyon that includes Rocking Chair Creek. It gently winds down a series of switchbacks and over a creek, ending up at the Leif Erikson intersection, under a large American Chestnut tree. The trail is lined with Big Leaf Maples, Douglas Fir, and Red Alder.
The inspiration behind this scent was the Chestnut name invoking a sense of fall and roasting chestnuts on an open fire, while sipping spiced apple cider. A little hint of black pepper, clove, ginger, cinnamon and caramelized sugar round it out as the most quintessential autumnal scent to add to your cozy Wildwood collection.
