Birch Candle - cypress, pine, teakwood

Adding to Cart Added to Cart
Top: teakwood, eucalyptus, pine
Middle: cedar, cypress, bayberry
Base: patchouli, musk

The Birch Trail in Forest Park is short but sweet. Clocking in at only .2 miles long, it mostly serves as a connector trail to Wildwood from Northwest 53rd Drive.

This scent was inspired by the name and what the visualization of birch trees evokes; it's fit for burning on a colorful, crisp fall day cozying up to a book, as well as a cold, snowy winter landscape with a cup of hot cocoa. Teakwood, musk and patchouli notes are reminiscent of old library pages; the cypress, bayberry, pine and eucalyptus are uplifting winter foliage at its best.

I love Birch

This candle is the perfect way to bring a little bit of fall into your home while envisioning the outdoors. The warm notes of bayberry, teakwood and pine are what I notice the most. I love that this candle comes in a glass jar--it looks so nice when it's lit up and makes my whole house smell great. The wax burns evenly and I love the crackling wood wick.

This candle would make a perfect gift for any occasion!

Artificial smelling

It gave my husband and I both a headache .
The description of winter foliage and old library pages is so far off the mark .
Smells unrefined and artificial .Like cheap perfume .
Perhaps it's time to provide sample size candles so one to test the various scents before committing to a $30 purchase .

Another favorite

I have a Leif Erikson, Wildwood, and Birch. It is really hard to choose between these three to say which one I LOVE the most. They are all wonderful, and not only add a subtle earthy aroma to any room, they also add ambience. I sometimes light one when I feel chilled. Obviously they are not a heat source, but they do warm my soul. Although they are not local to me since I live in Florida, I will continue to support this local Portland business because they have a great product, and great stories/history behind each one! I have had no issues with the candles burning unevenly, or putting themselves out. It took a year for me to burn just one of the candles, only because I didn't want it to be gone. Now that I have new ones (well, they were supposed to be gifts, but. . . . ) I'll be using them more often.

One of my favorite candles

This is the candle we burn while not burning our Wildwood candle. We love the clean, woodsy scent, and the subtle crackling of the wood wick. It adds to our cozy vibes on those chilly days.

Wonderful...

This is a beautiful scent, so clean and crisp, but not overwhelming like some candles I have tried. I love the woodsy background of the smell, can’t wait to try the others!
